Pre-launch policy disclosure
This page describes Milder's current product behavior. Final terms, privacy documentation, and launch policies must be completed before paid public launch.
Terms of Service
Milder Algo is an automated Binance Futures trading platform with tier-specific execution access. By creating an account or subscribing, you agree to use only the execution mode, pair limits, risk settings, and account capabilities available to your tier.
- Free Trial accounts operate in Demo Mode on shared standard execution. No real funds are used, and simulated results may differ from paid or live execution.
- Live-capable execution requires an active eligible subscription, configured Binance Futures access, required Trading IP verification, saved risk controls, and all runtime safety gates to pass.
- The Binance API key you connect to Milder should enable only Enable Reading and Enable Futures. Withdrawal, Spot/Margin, internal-transfer, and universal-transfer permissions are not requested and should remain disabled.
- Milder is non-custodial: your funds, balances, and positions remain on Binance. Milder cannot withdraw, transfer, custody, or route user funds.
- When live execution is enabled, Milder submits Binance Futures order requests on your behalf within the configured mode, pair, leverage, margin, and safety-control limits for your account.
- You remain responsible for your Binance account, API-key permissions, whitelist configuration, margin and leverage choices, and monitoring activity enabled through your account.
- Milder may pause, block, or fail closed on execution when credentials, route verification, risk limits, model readiness, or platform integrity checks are not satisfied.
- Leveraged futures trading can result in substantial loss. Simulated, demo, or past performance does not guarantee live results, and Milder does not provide financial advice.
Privacy Policy
We process information necessary to provide, secure, bill, and audit the Milder service. Demo accounts operate in simulation only; for subscribers on a live-enabled tier who configure and authorize broker access, operational data also supports authorized Binance execution.
- Account and authentication data may include your email address, session state, entitlement status, and security or audit events.
- Trading configuration data may include selected mode, tradable assets, leverage and margin preferences, safety-control settings, broker connection status, execution outcomes, and diagnostic reason classes.
- Binance API credentials are encrypted at rest before storage and are not displayed back in plaintext after saving.
- Saved credential secrets are masked in the interface and must be replaced, not read back, when you rotate or change them.
- Milder records non-secret status values and reason classes instead of raw credential values in logs, diagnostics, support workflows, and evidence artifacts.
- Live execution remains blocked unless the saved credential, Trading IP route, model readiness, entitlement, and Account Safety gates are satisfied.
- Never send API secrets, session tokens, passwords, payment credentials, or recovery credentials through support messages.
- Where card checkout is used, card collection and storage are handled by the payment provider; raw payment-card details are not stored by Milder.
Final privacy documentation must identify retention periods, service providers, user-request procedures, and applicable rights before paid public launch.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
Subscriptions are non-refundable. You may cancel anytime from the billing page; cancellation disables auto-renewal and your access remains active until the end of the current billing cycle, with no refund issued for the remaining period.
Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot legally be waived in your applicable jurisdiction. Billing disputes and exceptional cases must be reviewed through the published support channel.
Compensation & Liability
Milder Algo is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, and automated trading is used at your sole risk. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Milder does not commit to compensating users for trading losses, platform malfunctions, downtime, missed or delayed orders, or unauthorized execution.
- No payout is committed for market losses, including losses from leverage, volatility, slippage, funding, liquidation, or strategy underperformance.
- No payout is committed for losses arising from your configuration, credential or whitelist setup, leverage and margin choices, or actions taken through your authorized account.
- No payout is committed for events outside Milder's control, including Binance or third-party outages, network failures, exchange rejections, or force majeure.
- Where liability cannot lawfully be excluded, Milder's aggregate liability is limited, to the extent permitted by law, to the subscription fees you paid for the affected billing period.
- Suspected unauthorized execution or platform malfunction should be reported promptly through the published support channel; billing-only matters follow the Refund & Cancellation policy.
Breach Notification
If Milder confirms a personal-data or credential security breach that affects you, we will notify affected users without undue delay after confirmation, alongside any notification we are required to make under applicable law.
- Trigger: confirmed unauthorized access to, or disclosure of, personal account data or stored broker credentials.
- Timeline: notification without undue delay after the breach is confirmed and its scope is understood well enough to inform affected users.
- Channels: email to the affected account, an in-app notice, and a status update where appropriate.
- Content: the nature of the incident, the data categories involved, the steps taken, and actions you should consider (such as rotating your Binance API key).
- Evidence: incident records and notification decisions are retained to support audit and legal review.
Jurisdiction-specific notification obligations and deadlines remain subject to final legal review before paid public launch.
Support
Support covers account access, billing questions, execution-mode clarification, Trading IP readiness, and platform incidents. Support will never ask for your Binance API secret, session token, password, payment credentials, or recovery code.
